1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Holofolio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Holofolio is
Holofolio is a price-tracking tool for trading cards. It lets you look up cards, view estimated market values and price history, and — with an account — track a collection, watchlist and price alerts. Card data and prices are sourced from third parties and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not financial advice
Prices shown are estimates aggregated from third-party data and may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete. Nothing on Holofolio is financial, investment or purchasing advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Trading cards are collectibles whose value can go down as well as up.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping or automated bulk access beyond our public API’s intended use, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and no unlawful or infringing activity.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid plan (“Pro”). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Third-party data
Pricing and catalogue data are provided via TCGplayer data and other sources. Holofolio is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, TCGplayer, or any other rights holder.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holofolio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on data shown.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
